Sharen McBride qualified in 1984 as a nurse in Scotland and is a member of the Royal College of Nursing. Sharen is also a qualified and experienced beauty therapist and now combines both professions working as a Medical Aesthetic Practitioner providing training to doctors and nurses in medical aesthetic products for a leading supplier in the Industry.

Dermal Fillers
HYDRAFIL, RESTYLANE and RADIESSE are all injectable implants, which contain Hyaluronic Acid, a substance found in all living organisms. This degradable non-animal origin implant is injected into the dermis of the skin to create volume smoothing out lines and wrinkles. The effects can last up to 9 months. These products can also be used to provide more definition and volume to the lips. COLLAGEN is a protein found in the skin of mammals, which as we age, less collagen is produced resulting in lines and wrinkles. This injectable product is of bovine origin and a pre-test is required 4 weeks prior to treatment. The effects last between 3-6 months. Repeat treatments are necessary to maintain results. Treatment areas include frown lines, crows feet, nose to mouth lines, smile lines, lipstick lines, contours and lips. Treatment prices vary depending on the amount and type of filler used.

Mesotherapy
A natural Bio-interactive Hyaluronic Acid is administered by a series of simple injections into the dermis using a very fine needle, for treating fine lines on the face, neck, decollete and the hands slowing down the ageing process. This treatment restores the compactness and firmness to the skin, stimulates the production of new collagen, hydrates the skin and introduces anti-oxidants to improve cell function. Prices and treatment times are available following a consultation with the Nurse Practitioner.

Muscle Relaxant Therapy Is administered via injection into the muscles of the face. A therapeutic muscle relaxant agent derived from the bacterium Clostridiam Botulinum. this treatment is useful to prevent and eradicate lines, most commonly used on frown lines and crows feet. Treatment results will normally last from 3-6 months.

Treatments times are 30 Minutes to 1 Hour.

Prices start at £180 for one area, £240 for two areas and £320 for three areas.

Muscle Relaxant Therapy for Hyperhydrosis
For the treatment of excessive perspiration to axilla, hands and feet. Treatment time and prices are available after consultation with Medical Director Doctor Paul Temple.

Skin Peels
A variety of chemical skin peels are provided to suit your requirements. All skin types and skin colour may be treated. Skin conditions such as active acne, hyper-pigmentation and sun damaged skin can be treated as well as general skin rejuvenation for poor skin tone, uneven texture, enlarged pores and dehydrated skin.
